"HASSLE AT THE CASTLE" BOXING EVENT ANNOUNCED
The Shea Megale Trust for SMA and Elena Melius Foundation Named Beneficiaries of the Star-Studded Boxing Event

April 12, 2010 - (NEW YORK) - Bang Productions, Inc. announced today that the first annual "Hassle at the Castle" will be held on May 7, 2010 at the famed Oheka Castle in Huntington, New York. The star-studded professional boxing event and gala, being co-produced by Film Producer John Edmonds Kozma of Bang Productions, Inc. and Michelle A. Diaz from MAD Events, Inc. and promoted by Nick Garone of X-Cel Worldwide, will benefit the Shea Megale Trust for SMA and the Elena Melius Foundation. It will feature six professional boxing bouts, celebrity meet and greets, a fashion show, and a special tribute to boxing legend Lou Duva.

"Boxing greats will be out in full force for this event and to raise funds for such important charities," said John Edmonds Kozma. "Shea Megale provides inspiration to all of us involved and we are honored to have her and her family supporting us with this event, it's only fitting that the funds that we raise will go back to her charitable trust and her fight against Spinal Muscular Atrophy."

Tickets are on sale now through Ring Side Now (www.ringsidenow.com / 310.592.9134) and are priced at $350 for general admission and $500 for VIP, which features an open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Oheka Castle is located at 135 West Gate Drive in Huntingdon, NY.

Between each bout, high-fashion models will showcase swimwear by world-famous Carla's Closet, whose designs were featured front and center in Sports Illustrated's 2010 Swimsuit Edition. Also that evening, boxing legend, Lou Duva will be honored for his achievements in the sport and for his 88th birthday.

The main event of the evening will feature power punching two-time former Super Middleweight World Champion Byron "Gator" Mitchell (28-5-1, 21 KOs) who will face "Next Great Champ" winner Otis "Triple OG" Griffin (21-6-2, 8 KOs) in a 12-round duel for the USBA Light Heavyweight Title. In the main supporting bout, "Big" Michael Grant (45-3, 33KOS) former No. 1 Heavyweight Contender will return to the ring. Also scheduled for action are Maryland-based welterweight Emmanuel "Tranzformer" Taylor (6-0, 5 KOs), and Patterson, New Jersey's Elvin "KoKo" Sanchez (3-0, 3 KOs) and two additional fights that will soon be announced.
