Based in Essex and London, Hand Made Frills is owned by two sisters, designers Amanda Joseph and Charlene Farrell. Together they created a line of hair accessories for little girls, with the particular aim to bring out the beauty of natural hair. For a few years the sisters designed hair bows to match their own children’ s outfits and soon afterward decided to expand into planner accessories, using many of the same design elements before forming Hand Made Frills.
