Greiner Bio-One is announcing that they will be collaborating with a US charitable, non profit organization to increase diplomacy and decrease disease in the southern Sudan.

Monroe, NC - Greiner Bio-One North America Incorporated would like to announce its participation in a collaborative effort to help those in need in southern Sudan. Greiner Bio One has agreed to provide support to Dr. Jill Seaman and the Sudan Medical Relief Charity through Crosscurrents International Institute, a non profit organization.

The Sudan Medical Relief Charity provides medical testing, diagnosis and treatment for various tropical diseases. Greiner Bio One products will be used specifically for the testing and diagnosis of the fatal disease kala azar, of which the Sudan is currently facing an epidemic.

Crosscurrents International Institute is a non profit organization that was founded in 1984 in Sydney, Ohio. Crosscurrents International Institute strives to promote diplomacy between the United States and foreign countries in need. The company strives to build a more peaceful and less violent world.
