Leader Within the Meal Kit Space Becomes First to Obtain Gluten-Free Food Service Certification
BOULDER, Colo., October 10, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Green Chef Corporation, a USDA certified organic and leading meal kit company, announced today that it has become the first meal kit company to receive Gluten-Free certification through the Gluten Intolerance Group’s Gluten-Free Food Service (GFFS) program. This is a landmark moment for the Gluten-Free community, which is traditionally an underserved community within the food landscape. While numerous food and beverage products claim to be gluten-free, many do not invest in gluten-free authentication.
This is another “first” of many for Green Chef as it continues to pave the way in food safety and customer personalization.
