Granada Capital Announces Joint Venture Plans in China
Online, June 4, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Granada Capital, through the new entity, for the first time, will be able to offer a wide range of investment services to domestic mainland China clients. The new joint venture will be in partnership with a recently established domestic securities firm.
Granada Capital will have a securities license allowing it to conduct, among other things, brokering and trading in 'A' shares and 'A' share convertible bonds.
Granada Capital, are expected to underwrite locally listed 'A' share transactions and RMB-denominated corporate bonds and convertible bonds, as well as offer domestic financial advisory and other services.
