GooodJob Nominated for Recruiting Innovation Award

TEL AVIV, Israel - April 2012 - GooodJob, pioneer of a breakthrough approach to social recruiting via employee referrals, has been selected as a finalist in the first-ever start-up competition at the Recruiting Innovation Summit 2012.

GooodJob, pioneer of a breakthrough approach to
social recruiting via employee referrals , has been selected as a finalist in the first-ever start-up competition at the Recruiting Innovation Summit 2012. The competition will take place on May 17 at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California, and will feature six start-ups (chosen out of 50 applicants). Assaf Eisenstein and Laurie Spieler, GooodJob's CEO and VP Sales respectively, will present a live demo of the company's social referral platform to a panel of judges and attendees, with a chance to win the grand prize of $10,000.

"We are immensely proud (though not surprised!) that GooodJob has been nominated to participate in this amazing competition," said Eisenstein. "GooodJob is on its way to revolutionizing the referrals sourcing landscape for companies worldwide, and we're thrilled to be given this opportunity to introduce our product to many new faces. We're also looking forward to learning from and meeting with a great group of movers-and-shakers in the recruitment industry at the conference itself."

GooodJob's social referral platform enables companies to motivate employees and reward their referral efforts, while leveraging their social media networks to reach top talent. The platform introduces innovative tools which help employees easily and quickly make referrals, and enables the HR department to easily track employee participation. By signing up only once, employees can automatically share their companies' future vacancies with their entire Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter networks, leading to a sea of passive candidates whom employees would never have thought to initially approach - not to mention a bevy of 2nd and 3rd degree connections. In addition, employees can submit candidate leads without attaching complete resumes. This feature is especially powerful when used with GooodJob's mobile app - employees can spread the word even when they are together with their friends outside of the office.

The Recruiting Innovation Summit is a two-day conference run by ERE Media, host of the premier online and convention recruiting community. According to the update released by ERE on April 24, the chosen finalists "best represented some of the most exciting developments in recruiting technology."
