Good Samaritan Hospital Honors 'Physicians Making a Difference'
Online, April 24, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Ten physicians who have demonstrated a daily commitment to delivering outstanding patient care have recently been recognized by Good Samaritan Hospital. The recipients of the hospital's annual "Physicians Making a Difference" award were selected from nominations by peers, staff, patients and community members and based upon the qualities of trust, communication, appreciation, compassion, excellence, respect and responsiveness.
In acknowledgement of their contributions, the hospital has made a $250 donation in the name of each honoree to a charity of the physician's choice. Recipients and their selected charities include:
