They have not agreed to any contract, agreement or deal reached between the parties PLAYHOUSE EMPREENDIMENTOS and GLOBAL LOTTERY CORPORATION operation for the Games of Turf in Brazil. Public Announcements made by these parties regarding a contract between them has no legal effect, since neither company hold any authority for Turf Lottery Games in Brazil. Therefore, any and all news announcements they have made or posted on financial websites or any other media around the world, involving the matter are absolutely untrue;

2) THE JOCKEY CLUB ALEGRETE, on 08/07/2009, entered into a partnership to provide all funding necessary for operation of games of turf in Brazil with the company INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY CORPORATION, in accordance with the approved plan of betting by the Ministry of Agriculture, which remains in full force;

3) Finally, Mr. PAULO ROGÉRIO GODINHO ROCCA does not represent or have any authority to enter into any negotiation which would legally bind JOCKEY CLUB ALEGRETE in anything, either national or international, since all the powers of office were canceled previously between the parties.
