London, United Kingdom, July 13, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Theiss-Morgan announced today that a total of $488 million have been raised for the Global Alternative Market Opportunities Fund.
This fund build within the Theiss-Morgan firm employ's differentiated investment approaches to take advantage of secondary opportunities globally.
The goal of the Global Alternative Market Opportunities Fund is to target off-market secondary opportunities across the private equity spectrum, with an emphasis on small- and mid-cap buyouts and special situations funds.
The Global Secondary Opportunities Fund will seek diversification by managers, strategies, regions, vintage years and portfolio companies.
Investors include existing AIP clients and new limited partners, such as endowments, foundations, public and corporate pension plans, family offices, insurance companies and high net worth individuals.
