Making waves in the Metro-Atlanta area as the go to real estate agent when selling and house shopping, Wright’s clients rave about her professionalism, communication, and relentlessness. She has said that her mission is to exceed expectations, but clients note that Wright not only goes above and beyond, they also consider her a friend.

Many buyers in 2016 found minimal inventory available, and 2017 is already shaping up to be an excellent sellers' market for those looking to sell their homes. There simply aren’t enough homes on the market to meet demand. Wright knows the local areas and is well positioned to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. “After getting us over asking price and under contract in 48 hours for our home, Candis then found us the home we dreamed of for nearly $20,000 less than it was originally listed. She exceeded our expectations across the board,” says the Hunts, a family who enlisted Wright’s help to sell their house and buy another home in the Woodstock-Canton area.

Wright notes that she believes in selling for more and buying for less, but to accomplish that, a real estate agent really needs to know the market and the neighborhood like she does. She notes that things can change subdivision to subdivision, month to month, and sometimes even week to week in this market.

“My clients have expectations of me, just as I have of them,” says Wright. “When a homeowner decides to sell, it's a big decision and they need real solutions, not just empty promises. I make sure I have skin in the game. Either I sell for the amount and deadline we agree on, or when the home does sell, I don’t take a commission. With me, there are no gimmicks just the reality as long as they follow my lead.”

When selling a home, Wright does her research on recent homes sold in the area and provides her clients a realistic sell price. She also utilizes a professional photographer to take three to four dozen full-color high-resolution photos that are edited and prepped for distribution as well as adding in a virtual tour. Then Wright begins the process of networking with other local agents, adding the home to the MLS, and a whole list of online real estate sites. She works tirelessly until the home is sold. Her process is streamlined, and she makes herself available 12-14 hours a day to ensure she can answer any questions or concerns clients may have. Wright notes that communication is essential to the process.

Working with buyers in this market can be a challenge with such a limited inventory. Wright works with her clients to understand what they are looking for and then uses her network and even her ingenuity to find them the house of their dreams. 

“Buyers want what they want, and they know it when they see it,” adds Wright. “My focus is making sure the clients find what they're looking for and are not pushed into something just to do the transaction. I'm building relationships, and a solid reputation of doing what's best for the client is what’s most important to me.”
