Geminare Issued Extensive Global Patent Portfolio for Data Orchestration and Automation Platform

Additional patents issued from the USPTO, Canadian Intellectual Property Office and European Patent Office add to Geminare's significant patent portfolio.

Geminare, a leader in delivering Orchestration and Automation Capabilities to the Enterprise and Service Provider markets, announced today that three global patent offices have each issued a further patent to Geminare: the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued US Patent No. 10,110,667, “System and method for providing data and application continuity in a computer system,” The European Patent Office has issued European Patent No. 2266253, and the Canadian Intellectual Property Office has issued Canadian Patent No. 2,720,082. This marks the fifth USPTO patent and the first Canadian and European Patents to be issued to Geminare for its Orchestration and Automation Platform.

The patented intellectual property foundation within the Orchestration and Automation Platform forms the basis of Geminare’s Resiliency Management Platform (RMP) which was recently included in the October 2018 Gartner Market Guide for IT Resilience Orchestration1 (ITRO), ID: G00373628. In this report, the RMP captures a remarkable 7 out of 7 supported ITRO capabilities—the maximum number available in Gartner’s evaluation process.

The RMP’s solution orchestration capability allows the broadest range of hybrid technologies, from legacy to cloud, to be simultaneously leveraged and orchestrated into market-facing solutions. Containing a catalog of over 1000+ prebuilt Application Integration Templates, the RMP forms the foundation of many cloud solution marketplaces at leading Service Providers. These marketplaces present customers with micro-solutions that dramatically simplify complex technologies such as machine learning, resiliency and security through simple, instantly deployable cloud solutions.

“Being recognized on a global level as one of the early innovators within this industry is a great testament to the hard work and tireless dedication of the Geminare team,” stated Joshua Geist, Geminare CEO. “Leveraging our key technologies, we’re excited to empower the next generation solutions for Service Providers in disciplines such as machine learning, further enabling Service Providers to become key conduits for data management and analysis in the Cloud.”
