GEM Capital Limited Follows Bango's New Broader Contract With Microsoft.
Chaoyang District, China, January 22, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Bango has secured an extended contract with Microsoft to incorporate the AIM-listed mobile payments company’s equipment across all the technology colossus’s windows 10 devices. The 110m plus customers of Windows 10, weather they are using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone will now be able to purchase applications, music, films, or games from the windows store and, via Bango’s direct carrier billing software, charge the cost directly onto the phone bill.
The England based company pointed to data it has collected that confirms carrier billing has assisted generate between a three times and a ten times increase in Appstore conversion rates, making it a “dynamic enabler of mobile commerce worldwide”. Microsoft’s general manager of the Windows Store Todd Brix Stated “The adding of carrier billing to Windows 10 offered a fresh chance for app and game developers to reach millions of unbanked or under- banked consumers.”
