Gears Records New EP, Announce Summer Tour

Miami, FL, June 30, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Heavy rock act GEARS has just finished tracking their upcoming EP "Pride Comes Before the Fall" in Atlanta, produced by Corey Lowery (Stereomud, Dark New Day, Eye Empire, Saint Asonia). This second offering from GEARS features founding members Jimmy Wooten (drums) and Trip Six (vocals) as well as Troy McLawhorn (DoubleDrive, Seether, Evanescence) on guitars and Lowery on bass. The EP is now in post-production with a release date slated for Fall 2015. The band describes the direction of the new material as both more aggressive and musical. GEARS also welcomes new members  Bobby Thomas (Eyes Of Fire) on guitar and Josh Routt (Deanimator) on bass. Refreshed and revamped, GEARS hits the road mid-July with good friends I-Exist in support.
