Gateway Pet Guardians to Join Downtown Belleville Halloween Block Party Charity Event

Gateway Pet Guardians will participate in the 2nd Annual Halloween Block Party at Seven Restaurant & Lounge in Belleville, Ill. on Saturday, October 29.

Gateway Pet Guardians will participate in the 2nd Annual Halloween Block Party at Seven Restaurant & Lounge in Belleville, Ill. on Saturday, October 29. The event kicks off with a new segment featuring a pet costume contest at 7pm and an adult contest starting at 9pm that ensures a good time for all - regardless if you have two or four legs.

The pet costume contest has is $10 to enter and proceeds go directly to benefit Gateway Pet Guardians and the Belleville Area Humane Society. There are four categories which include "Best Couple's Costume" for human and pet, "Cute and Cuddly", "Spunky and Spooky" and "Look-a-Like" for the owner and their pet.

At 9pm the adults' costume contest begins with $3,000 cash given away for category winners. Spooktacular guests will compete for titles in "Most Original Female", "Most Original Male", "Scariest", "Sexiest" and "Group".

Special guest hosts Courtney Landrum from CBS Radio Y98, John Pertzborn from Fox 2 News and Heidi Glaus with KSDK News Channel 5 will emcee the night's festivities.
