Award winning international home building franchise G.J. Gardner Homes is showing no signs of slowing its U.S. expansion, announcing today that it has successfully secured a foothold in the Florida market.
Tampa, FL, December 5, 2016 (Newswire.com) - G.J. Gardner Homes arrived in the United States just over 10-years ago and is already servicing six states with twenty-five franchise offices operational.
With the expansion, it has recently declared that its aim will be to cement a further 20 franchises in the Central Florida region that will offer the community homes of uncompromised quality and value, built to a committed time frame and price.

CEO Darren Wallis has been working on establishing the brand in North America after much success in both Australia and New Zealand saying it has had a “fantastic” response from customers and franchises in the region.
"We have had a great ten years with many of our offices trading well, and we see a lot of expansion opportunities here in the U.S.," Mr. Wallis said recently.

The organization’s expansion in to Florida is just one piece of the puzzle for the brand that has a growth target to increase the number of offices in the U.S. by 30% over the coming 12-months.
