From Ukrainian Enterprise to IT Corporation: Ilya Gandzeychuk Joins Program-Ace As CTO
KHARKIV, Ukraine, November 21, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Program-Ace announces its recent hire of Ilya Gandzeychuk, who will join the Program-Ace team as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Within his new role, Ilya will be responsible for the formation of a long-term technical strategy, definition of a technological landscape of the team, and will help Program-Ace seamlessly transform into a sterling solution provider.

He comes to Program-Ace with comprehensive experience in technology consulting, software development, and enterprise solutions. Most recently, he occupied the position of a General manager at Kvazar-Micro. There, he was in charge of strategic planning, managed overall operations, and made major corporate decisions. Under his command, the company successfully strengthened its position as a leader in IT, microelectronics, and green energy.
Based on his prior outreach and technical background, Ilya intends to improve the company's services in the context of a new technological paradigm. He is planning to use Program-Ace's capacities in software development services for the entertainment industry to transform the company structure into an enterprise solution provider.
Ilya Gandzeychuk combines his recent experience in managing Kvazar-Micro, one of Ukraine's most influential IT companies, with his past experience in business and technology consulting. Gandzeychuk graduated from Odessa State University in 1995 with a degree in Applied Mathematics and received his MBA in 2005 after three years at Uni Kassel International Management School.
