"Free At Last", Steelfit® Strength Systems Releases New Free-Bar
Online, January 17, 2011 (Newswire.com) - On the 1st year anniversary of its debut, the steelfitstore has made available its' newest steel pull up bar system; the new FREE-Bar. In response to an outpouring of requests from athletes everywhere, the FREE-Bar provides the flexibility of a movable unit coupled with the structural stability and quality of wall mount bars and larger, permanent systems.

"For some, the new FREE-Bar solves the challenge of weak walls or limited space and with enhanced functionality serves as a vital component of smaller fitness studios, home gyms or can be used for traveling fitness demonstration events", he went on to say.
Constructed of 2 ½" structural grade square steel tube, the frame rises to 9' with two vertical posts, supported at the base with a uniquely engineered brace system. The pull up bar surface can be mounted on the posts as low as almost 2' and up to 9' in one foot increments. The adjustable heights allows for the unit to be used for a variety of functional exercises including, pull ups, chin ups, inverted rows and can be used to support TRX®, resistance bands, rings and more.
As with many STEELFIT products, providing multi-use functionality is signature feature. For the FREE-Bar, the addition of permanent brackets on the pull up bar that can support an Olympic bar allows the unit to double as a bar rack, enhancing its use in a smaller facility.
