The Expansion of Blue Clay Resulted in Foundation Issues for One Homeowner
WASHINGTON, Utah, May 16, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Accumulation of moisture over time caused expansive clay, known as “Blue Clay,” to swell significantly, forcing a home to rise as much as 4.5” in the worst places.
