Fortune Names Intertech a "Best Company for Workplace Flexibility"

Intertech’s flexible work culture enables the majority of its employees to work from home one or more days a week, with the company providing home office equipment valued up to $1,500 for new employees. Intertech also offers a three-month paid sabbatical for every seven years of service.
