Former Tampa Bay Head Coach Tony Dungy Hosting Football Pre-Game Event at Grace Family Church

Bucs Fans and Community Members Invited to Celebrate and Cheer on Buccaneers with Inspiring Message and Live Music on Sunday Morning Before the Big Game.

Pre-Game with Tony Dungy

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach, Hall of Famer and football champion, Tony Dungy will be hosting a pre-game service this Sunday at Grace Family Church before the big game.

Dungy and Head Pastor Craig Altman invite fans of the Bucs and members of the Grace Family Church community to come out with their families for a celebration that's sure to inspire.

The event will feature a message from Dungy, live music, and plenty of Tampa Bay pride. Grace Family Church has even switched their traditional blue and grey logo this week to display the red and pewter signature of the Buccaneers - a change they report is about more than football.

"We aren't just some organization in this city; we are a part of this city. So when we go to the big game and we host it, you can believe we are going to cheer right along with our city," says Altman.

Cheer and Challenge

While the Bucs flags will be raised at all six of the Grace Family Church locations in Tampa Bay, Dungy's home church is committed to more than just celebration:

  • They are partnering with national and local organizations to help raise awareness, as well as locate and rescue children at risk of human trafficking during this weekend's game.
  • They support The Dream Center of Tampa, which hosts after school programs for students, as well as various outreach programs to help serve seniors and families.
  • They've delivered more than 25,000 meals to those in need during the pandemic.
  • They've accumulated over 2,000 hours of service to the community through monthly outreach programs.
