Hiring Our Heroes Job Fair for Military Veterans, Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve members is an excellent way for us to thank our military veterans for their service. This event will be on POW-MIA Day and will be apart of our wreath laying service.
Online, July 20, 2012 (Newswire.com) - A Hiring Our Heroes Job Fair for Military Veterans, Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve members is scheduled for Friday, September 21, 2012,from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Captain's Lounge, Sacramento Marina 2710 Ramp Way Sacramento, California 95814. There is no cost for this event, sponsored by the Golden State Chapter ACFE , Northern California Fleet, Classic Yacht Association, California Delta Chambers & Visitor's Bureau, Sacramento Marina, California Military Museum and Port Supply. This event will be held on POW-MIA Day and will be apart of our seventh annual wreath laying service on Saturday September 22, 2012 on the Sacramento River. This event will include an end of Iraq War Parade.
If you are an employer that would like to attend, you will be provided with a table and two chairs, and advertising and press releases throughout the targeted area (Employers may bring their own tabletop displays and any other items they may need to market their business). Veterans seeking employment information are encouraged to register on line at www.mycya.net and to bring a resume and supporting military documents. Please note that our space is limited. A prompt response will insure that an employer table is available at our fair.
