Florida Builder Notches 73 Home Sales in August
LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla., September 12, 2018 (Newswire.com) - August continued a strong sales streak for Neal Communities, southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, which reported 73 sales throughout its divisions.
Indigo at Lakewood Ranch remained a popular destination for homebuyers with 8 sales last month.
Lakewood Ranch is one of the fastest-selling master-planned communities in the country, and people are moving to southwest Florida to live within this desirable location.

Silverleaf in Parrish, which is north of Lakewood Ranch in a growing section in east Manatee County, also had a strong sales month with 11 sales. The community will host a grand opening of four new home models on Saturday, Sept. 15 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
In Neal’s south division, encompassing Lee and Collier Counties, the builder sold 19 homes in August and will open several new communities over the next few months.
Inspired by Coastal and British West Indies design, Neal Communities will debut Marquesa Isles in Naples during a grand opening on Sept. 22. Situated on 40 acres, Marquesa Isles will feature 156 twin-villa home sites and a variety of community amenities.
The builder has broken ground on the new models and amenity center at Windsong, a gated enclave of new, well-appointed homes in Fort Myers. Sitting on 24 acres, the community will feature 104 paired villas designed with influences from Coastal and British West Indies architectural styles. Pre-construction sales for Windsong will begin on Sept. 29.
Verandah, a highly amenitized community located on the banks of the Orange River in Fort Myers, has broken ground on four new models that will be complete in October 2018. At completion, Verandah will include 1,800 homes. Currently, potential homebuyers can choose from nine distinctive designs from Neal Communities’ collection of plans influenced by French Colonial, Spanish and island architectural styles. Homes range from 1,812 to 2,427 square feet with three or four bedrooms and a
variety of additional options.
Watermark in Fort Myers had seven sales last month, and Estero Place in Fort Myers only has one available home remaining.
