Flair Communication President, Debby Girvan Wins National Award for Web Design Excellence

Fredericksburg, Virginia, November 15, 2016 (Newswire.com) -  Debby Girvan, President of Flair Communication was awarded a 2016 Clarion by The Association for Women in Communications. Her design and development of a new website for the Marine Corps Aviation Association www.flymcaa.org was the top entry in the category of “Online Media, New Website, Annual Budget of $15,000 or less.” This year’s competition drew entries from 24 states and three countries.
