Fever Plans Launch in NYC

Fever is a social discovery tool that puts you in contention with the hottest plans in your city at any given moment; right in the palm of your hands.

Fever is hottest new app to hit your smartphone. After experiencing astonishing success in Spain, Fever Labs was 1 of 30 companies selected around the world via the NYC Venture Fellows competition to come to New York. The project hosted by Mayor Bloomberg aims to bring prominent startups around the world to the New York ecosystem to spur growth and innovation in the tech scene, and providing them venture backed mentors to guide and help facilitate the process..

Fever lies forefront in disruptive technology industries, with its centrality and easy-to-use platform for making plans (discovering what's available, sharing plans, messaging friends, buying tickets, etc.). Rather than acting as a generic city guide, Fever creates a customized plans list just for you, inclusive of all your growing interest. With just a few simple clicks, Fever connects with your social data and then puts you in contention with plans tailored from your likes.

The project is led by 20 year old entrepreneur, Pep Gomez, who has been dubbed by many as the Mark Zuckerberg of Spain. Launching his first business when he was 14, Pep has already sold two different companies and has done consulting work for a variety of international technology startup. He had a brief stint in music production as well, where he produced and wrote music, before turning his full efforts to Fever. Pep is the youngest recipient ever to be awarded for the NYC Venture Fellows competition, a listing that includes startups such as Etsy, Foursquare, and Rent the Runway
