Fashion's Night Out Invites South Florida Fashionistas
To a Night Out on the Town at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach
FNO, hosted by Beauty Chronicles, is a celebration of fashion, consumers and community.
Miami, FL (September 8, 2010) - Shop 'til you drop, and this time for a great cause! 'Fashion's Night Out' arrives in South Florida to celebrate local fashion, restore consumer confidence, boost the neighborhood economy and benefit the NYC AIDS Fund. The event, hosted by Beauty Chronicles and open to the public, will take place Sept. 10 from 6 p.m. to 11p.m at the Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach.
The initiative is a collaboration of every aspect of the fashion industry: stores, designers, celebrities and the trendsetting consumer. The event, which will be furnished exclusively by the furniture division of high-end fashion houses FENDI and Kenzo, will give individual vendors the chance to create unique spaces that, collectively, become a large exposition of fashion as a whole. "We are excited to take part in Fashion's Night Out here in Miami," says David Siguaw, Director of Sales and Marketing for Eden Roc Renaissance Miami Beach. "Our newly renovated Pompeii Promenade Ballroom will provide the perfect backdrop for one of fashion's biggest nights."
The night will be jam-packed with entertainment. Some highlights include a fashion show by Nina Loren, with make-up and cosmetics provided by Bluffa Jo, and bringing a fashionable and sophisticated European aesthetic Prive' Salon will be styling hair. There will be an appearance and autograph signing session by celebrity host actor, Robert Ri'chard. Amongst all the shopping and fashion, LA-based artist Ed Crowell II will create a painting live that will then be sold for auction. Attendees can sip on spirits provided by Fragoli Liqueur as the navigate a fusion of art, charity and design.
Sunglass Hut, Denim of Virtue, Footzyrolls, Nikki Poulous, Nina Loren, Arlene Too, Splash Boutique, Koral Swimwear, and Edda and Betty are just a few of the designers setting up a pop-up store. Always keeping the real cause at the forefront, proceeds from Ed Crowell II's auctioned piece will benefit the NYC AIDS Fund, in addition to a percentage of the sales from every Fashion's Night Out T-shirt sold. Shirts will be available for purchase on-site.
