Express Auto Partners With Battle Creek Bombers to Benefit Local Children
Auto Dealership Sponsors Home Game Tickets for Hundreds of Local Kids
Online, May 31, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Battle Creek, Michigan Wednesday, May 25, 2011 -- Following on their recent donation to Pretty Lake Vacation Camp, local auto dealership, Express Auto is partnering with the Battle Creek Bombers baseball team in a new initiative again focused on local children. Express Auto will be a major sponsor of the Battle Creek Bomber's Community Enhancement program this season. The program is designed to get tickets in the hands of underprivileged and at-risk youth through organizations like Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
The Bomber's Cory Evans describes the program like this, "Thanks to Express Auto, we'll be able to get 450 local kids out to ball games over the summer. We bring them out to the game and they get to meet the players, get ball caps and other perks... they really get the VIP treatment. It gives children in stressful situations a chance to unwind...
