LAHAINA, Hawaii, November 13, 2020 (Newswire.com) - Challenge course and aerial attraction focused company Experiential Resources (“ERi”) has announced a new member of their team. Niels Damman has joined ERi in the role of Course Services Manager. Niels will be spearheading client care and delivery of services for the areas of Inspection, Training, and Operation Review. ERi has offices in Hawaii and Washington State, supporting courses and clients nationwide who deliver educational use programming and recreational experiences, as well as those who operate tourism-based attractions.
Niels is a longtime industry professional, entering the challenge course industry in 1998 as an international camp counselor at a YMCA camp in Oregon. Since then, he’s worked for numerous companies in various geographies as a facilitator, trainer, inspector, course manager, reviewer, and has assisted with a number of builds. In 2015, Niels graduated from Florida International University with an MS in Sports and Recreation Management. He has been a member of the Association for Challenge Course Technology since 2005, and has served as chair for the Membership Committee, served two terms on the Board of Directors, and currently serves on the Accreditation and Certification Committee. He joined ASTM International in 2014 and has been a member of the F24.61 committee on Adventure Attractions.
“Members of the ERi team have worked with Niels over the years in various capacities, especially within industry-related organizations focused on the development of standards and credentialing programs,” says ERi CEO Mandy Stewart. “We’re excited for our clients to get to work with Niels, too. He’s going to take great care of them.” While not working or volunteering, Niels likes spending time with his wife Erin and his kids (Liesanna, 10; and Jasper, 8). Then, when there’s absolutely nothing else to do, there’s always house maintenance.
Niels can be contacted via the ERi office, and at email@example.com.
