DENVER, October 2, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Earlier this month, Campus announced a key expansion of its senior management team, as well as partner success operations with the hiring of Steve Rheinschmidt, former Director of the Iowa Community College Online Consortium (ICCOC), strategist and consultant with Pearson Learning, and most recently as the Director of Learning Innovation at Saint Leo University. Steve joins the team as Director of Partner Success.

During his time at the ICCOC, the online classes for the 7-campus consortium not only grew from a few thousand students to more than 80,000, but the organization experienced nationwide recognition for its pioneering efforts to use data and analytics. Through improved persistence workflows, by removing barriers to learning, and through concerted faculty development and enrichment strategies, retention rates achieved double-digit increases. Leveraging that experience, Steve helped Saint Leo University create a learning ecosystem designed to improve upon those past successes, actually implementing the Campus platform for local, center, and completely online students, faculty, and staff.
