Inner Metamorphosis University (I.M.U) presents an opportunity to playfully explore and relearn forgotten aspects within trust, freedom and spontaneity with simple yet powerful "Everyday Awareness Techniques". The course will be held at I.M.U's Chicago Meditation Center on Sunday, September 30, 2012 from 1.00 pm- 6.30pm.

Everyday challenges can sometimes be so gruesome that one may end up judging oneself when it cannot be handled. The blend of active and silent meditations along with the awareness techniques used in this course supports one to effortlessly experience inner stillness and joy amidst the daily chaos. Once this meditativeness becomes part of the daily life, clarity filters in about one's hard to break habits, conflicts in relationships and other challenges which one encounters.

In this course, the participants will experiment with following aspects:

• The art of using the mind creatively

• Setting & questioning our intentions

• What is the motor of my actions?

• The art of relating to others; because how one relates to oneself is how one relates to others - Mirroring exercises

• The art of letting go and deeply rest

There will be a healthy mixture between self-exploration through individual and group exercises, silence, time for questions and for sharing. In this process, seeing oneself in others, and seeing others in oneself, the participants begin to deeply accept themselves and feel compassion for others in this shared unique discovery-journey called life.

With these hands on awareness techniques, when carried into one's daily routines, a natural organic change is experienced unlike the change one achieves using discipline and effort. .
