EPIC Youth Holds First Annual Reception
The reception, sponsored by Schrieber Financial, was held at The Haight in Elgin, IL to provide financial assistance to families lacking discretionary resources, expand EPIC's college preparatory program, and create an educational scholarship program in memory of Robbie Fehlman.
Elgin, IL, March 31, 2016 (Newswire.com) - On Friday, March 18, EPIC Youth held their first annual reception. The reception, which was sponsored by Schrieber Financial, was held at The Haight in Elgin, IL. The purpose of the fundraiser was to provide financial assistance to families lacking discretionary resources, expand EPIC's college preparatory program, and create an educational scholarship program in memory of Robbie Fehlman.
The reception hosted over 100 people, and raised over $5,500.00 after expenses. Attendees enjoyed a live band, passed hors d'oeuvres​, and wine. Tickets for the event were $100/person
The Robbie Fehlman Scholarship will be given to the student-athlete applicant that best demonstrates hard work, a positive attitude, academic excellence, and concern for others in their community.
