Envoy America, a comprehensive program that offers transportation plus assistance and companionship services for seniors, the infirm and disabled, announced it promoted Monica Escalante to Chief of Staff and Head of Dispatch Operation, and hired Dana McWilliams as Head of Driver Acquisition and Retention.
