Denver, CO, December 20, 2016 (Newswire.com) - The Culpepper Law Firm, P.C. is proud to announce the merger between our client, Peak Performance Holdings Inc. ("Peak") through its subsidiary Electric Contractors, Inc. ("ECI"), and, Fresco Electric, Inc. ("Fresco") (represented in the merger by The Law Office of E.M. Cochran, LLC).
The majority owner and President of Fresco, Mr. Paul Knapp, once the merger is fully executed, will become an important part of ECI and will be in charge of the division of commercial electrical installation, service, and repairs. As a part of the reorganization, Ms. Carol McKinstry was named by the Board of Directors as Chair of the Board of Directors and CEO of Peak and of ECI, and Mr. Donald Davenport has been named President of ECI.
The Culpepper Law Firm, P.C. has long been legal counsel for Peak Performance Holdings Inc., including its acquisition of ECI in 2013. ECI has flourished in the last three years in new-build residential electric design and installation under its new management of Ms. McKinstry and Mr. Davenport, and it looks forward to the inclusion of its commercial electric division under the sage and experienced guidance of Mr. Knapp.
