EKS&H Capital Advisors LLC Welcomes New Director
DENVER, October 11, 2017 (Newswire.com) - EKS&H Capital Advisors LLC announced today that Patrick McFarlen has joined the firm as a director effective Oct. 1, 2017. He was most recently with EKS&H LLLP.
Patrick joined EKS&H LLLP in 2001 and was promoted to partner at the firm in 2012. For more than 15 years, he assisted public and privately held clients with valuations related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business combinations, goodwill impairment testing, fair value measurement and disclosure, impairment or disposal of long-lived assets, stock-based compensation, and derivative instruments and hedging activities. For the past five years, Patrick helped lead the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services team, assisting with more than 50 buy-side due diligence and sell-side transition planning transactions per year as well as financial planning and analysis, post-close integrations, and valuations.
