Easter Brunching at Seven Kitchens, Palladium Hotel

Also on the menu are the moreish Sangrias (white, pink, red) and other cocktails such as Fresh Fruit Daiquiri, Classic Margaritas, Green Apple and Fennel Mojito.
Seven Kitchens, as the name suggests offers a diverse culinary experience with different types of cuisines and cooking styles encapsulating the food spread. Complementing the champagne and other premium spirits, will be counters offering gourmet salads, cheeses, imported cold cuts, gourmet pizzas, freshly made pastas, Brunch special eggs-made-to-order, such as Eggs Benedict - English muffin, breakfast smoked ham, poached egg and hollandaise; Eggs Florentine - English muffin, garlic sautй spinach, poached eggs and hollandaise; Eggs with Smoked Salmon - English muffin, Norwegian smoked salmon, poached eggs and bйarnaise sauce. There is also a comfort food counter for those who want to indulge with the Asian section has an array of steamed dim sums and dumplings, wok fried noodles and a live noodle soup station.
One can choose from a vast smorgasbord of options from a global gourmet spread: Leg of Lamb, Tenderloin Wellington, Seafood Bar with clams, crabs, scampi, prawns and lobsters. The dessert counter offering over 30 dessert options including the ice cream bar, chocolate fountain, patisserie station replete with dozens of pastries and bakes, crepes and Belgian waffles and a kiddie dessert counter too!

The non-alcoholic Easter Brunch will be priced at Rs 2100 (all inclusive), the Sparkling Easter Brunch which includes sparkling wine, cocktails and other premium spirits will cost Rs 2700 (all inclusive) and the exquisite Champagne Easter Brunch includes Louis Roederer and Bollinger, cocktails and other premium spirits for Rs 3900 (all inclusive).
