Florida's Heartland Regional Economic Development Initiative, Inc. (FHREDI) announced today that Duncan MacDonald of US Sugar has joined its Board of Directors. Duncan currently serves as the Director of Corporate Strategy for US Sugar Corp, located in Clewiston, FL.

The FHREDI Board of Directors is comprised of business and community leaders who drive the agenda for influencing the economic future of the region. "We are pleased to welcome Duncan to the Board of Directors. His role at US Sugar, as well as his role as the Vice Chair of the Hendry County Economic Development Council makes him a valuable addition," said Al Perry, Chair of the FHREDI Board of Directors.
