DuBois Cary Partners Receive Washington State Leadership Awards
Online, July 25, 2013 (Newswire.com) - DuBois Cary Law Group, PLLC, a leading family law and divorce firm in the Seattle area, is pleased to announce that its partners Amanda DuBois and Monica Cary have been recognized for outstanding leadership in their profession and community.
Partner Monica Cary has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine for the third consecutive year.
Attorneys honored as Rising Stars include candidates who are 40 years old or younger, or have been in practice for 10 years or less. Fewer than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers to be included on the Rising Stars list.
Serving as one of the firm's Seattle Family Law Attorneys in private practice since 2004, Monica focuses on family law, estate planning, and probate law for her clients. Highlights of Monica's estate planning and probate career include her volunteer efforts with the Washington First Responder's Clinic (a free clinic that provides free will packages to police officers), assisting new parents with their estate planning, and making it easier for busy adults to safely maximize the independence of their elderly parents.
"I am thrilled to be selected as a Rising Star" said Monica. "My goal is to help my clients feel better when they leave my office than they did when they walked in. I represent my clients with both compassion and grit. A case may be amicable, or it can go to trial. An estate plan can be simple and straightforward or complex and emotionally charged. In every case, I strive to practice law toward a resolution for my clients that maintains their personal and social integrity, safeguards their children and finances, and supports their personal goals as they move through the life transitions of divorce or aging."
