Dietz Property Group, one of Michigan's premier real estate acquisition and property management companies, is the recipient of two of this year's Office Building of the Year (TOBY) awards from BOMA of Metropolitan Detroit. The awards recognize Dietz Property Group for its exceptional management of Schoolcraft Business Park in Livonia, Michigan and Trico Technology Center in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Dietz has ranked among BOMA's top honorees for the last three years.
Schoolcraft Business Park is comprised of 183,000 square feet on 11.93 acres. This flex facility
earned this year's recognition for Best Industrial Office Park at Dietz Property Group. The
management of the property is led by Brian R. Salliotte, Director of Commercial Management,
who recently earned his Real Property Administrator (RPA) professional designation from BOMI
International, a non-profit organization formed in 1970 to provide comprehensive continuing
education in the complex issues involved in the ownership, management and operation of major
office and commercial buildings. "Brian Salliotte, who manages our commercial portfolio, continually delivers best-of-class for our company and each of our properties" said Brian Dietz, President. "His recent RPA designation is a reflection of that high standard. We are proud of Brian's diligence to build on our past achievements to an extent that the industry at large is taking notice." Dietz also praised Salliotte for his role in the success of Trico Technology Center, an 83,000 square-foot single-tenant facility awarded this year's Best Corporate Facility honor.
In 2007, Dietz was awarded Best Industrial Park for its management of Nova West Tech Center
in Novi, Michigan. The company continued its strategic management into the following year,
receiving the Best Industrial Park award for 190 E. Maple in Troy, Michigan, a 60,000 square-foot
property also under Salliotte's direction. The Birmingham, Michigan-based Dietz Property Group, www.dietzpropertygroup.com, is widely recognized as a diversified acquirer, owner and property manager of investment real estate. The company currently operates more than 3.0 million square feet of apartment, office, industrial and retail properties in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Missouri.
