HR activities are crucial to ensure the building of healthy, harmonious, and enthusiastic working environment. To satisfy these objectives, HR today are consistently building new reforms and strategies. Like in DesignTech Systems Ltd., the HR has introduced several initiatives to better address work pressures, performance management, and personal growth of the employees.

As one of their many initiatives, they have created a platform for their employees to showcase and share their latent talents. Through DT Beats, an in-house publication of DesignTech, employees can share their artistic talents such as paintings, photographs, poems, short stories etc. The magazine also welcomes the employees to share their personal and immediate family's achievements, unique experiences of some expeditions, or enlightenment through the book reviews, teachings and suggestions.
This year, the company also conducted a unique photography contest, wherein the contributions from the employees were invited in line with the theme "Nature and Landscape". The best three photographs were duly rewarded and the top twelve photographs were printed on the company's annual calendar. The photographs were evaluated and judged by eminent photographer of international acclaim and recipient of many prestigious awards, Dr. Manoj Sindagi.
Dr. Manoj exclaimed "It was my privilege to be part of this photography contest organised by the HR team of Design Tech Systems Ltd. I was delighted to see an array of diverse subjects and situations in the entries to this competition. I am sure these initiatives will encourage them to pursue many interesting leisure time activities and hobbies."

Ms. Meghana Kulkarni, Assistant Manager HR - ADMIN said "When employees see their talents being recognized, they feel more charged up and motivated to further develop their skills."

The company has always taken efforts to help the employees live stress free healthy life by educating them on ways and means to better manage their work pressures and adopt a healthy life style. With this objective, the company had also organized the lecture of well known cardiologist Dr. Ravindra L. Kulkarni on Stress Management and how to lead a healthy life.

Every alternate month, the HR department at DesignTech organizes recreational activities through celebration of festive occasions or cordial get-togethers. These celebrations lighten the company atmosphere and strengthen the inter-department rapport and relations within the company. It thus helps building harmonious and healthy working environment.
DesignTech Systems Ltd. is also a strong believer in consistently developing intellectual capabilities of their employees. They regularly conduct training for their employees and also encourage them to acquire additional knowledge.

They recently conducted the training for enhancing communication and presentation skills of the employees. Ms. Pratima Sheorey who is a Management Consultant and also Head of Dept. - Marketing at SCMHRD conducted these training classes for 2 months at DesignTech, expressed, "I have been associated with DesignTech for last 4 years. I have conducted various employee motivation and team building programmes. This time also, I delivered training lessons to augment communication and presentation skills of their employees. The resources DesignTech invests in professional and personal growth of its employees is really impressive. This immensely helps to build morale and confidence of the individuals.
