Groundbreaking SoCal group Version 2.1 will release their debut LP "One Fight" on April 20, 2018.
Los Angeles, March 20, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Deep State Records is pleased to announce that Version 2.1, formerly known as the cover band The Moktonots, is releasing their debut LP “One Fight” on April 20, 2018. This groundbreaking Southern California music group mixes ingredients of R&B, alt. rock, pop, hip hop, jazz and the blues into songs that celebrate the connective power of music. Their music vibrates with memorable melodies, uplifting harmonies, tidal waves of smooth grooves and fresh beats.
Version 2.1 is lead by prolific songwriter and creative visionary Robb Mancini aka 2b’s in collaboration with Frank Pledge and Boll3t. The band is fronted by Mancini's wife Rhena Lee and long time friends Shannon Nelson and Mike Williams.
