DECLARE SUMMIT Writes the Playbook on Inclusivity and the Future of Work

Declare 2019 Summit

The call for a more equal and inclusive workplace is loud and clear. Declare, the premier leadership community for women, is launching its first annual Summit to transform the future of work. The Declare 2019 Summit brings together diverse leaders across business, media, entertainment and academia to share their expertise and solutions attendees can use immediately. Together, we will build the playbook on how to lead with an inclusive and equal mindset.

“Companies and investors are realizing that gender equality is far more than checking a box, it is an essential business imperative and the right thing to do,” said Co-Founder and CEO, Beth Haggerty. “High levels of diversity generate better decision-making, better places to work, and better returns in the long run. The Summit brings together business leaders and investors to share their stories of success on the future of leadership and work, focusing on how we can succeed at creating a more equitable and sustainable world.”

Participants will learn to navigate changing expectations around professional culture, hearing from experts who have increased equality in their own workplace, and will leave with tangible practices to implement themselves.

After a continental breakfast, programming will start with keynote speaker Jerry Colonna, CEO and co-founder of Reboot.io, an in-demand executive coaching and leadership development firm. Other notable speakers include:

Linnea Roberts - Founder and CEO, Gingerbread Capital

Lybra Clemons - Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion, PayPal

Jemma Wolfe - Head of Launch with GS, Goldman Sachs

Panel discussions will cover everything from leading authentically, driving better workplace inclusion, and affecting change through strategic deployment of capital. Declare 2019 Summit will help participants bolster their leadership skills and walk away with tactics to influence progress on a broad level.

The event will be held on Nov. 5, 2019 at Manhattan Manor (201 West 52nd Street) in New York City from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. For more information, visit declaresummit.co. Speakers available for interview.
