Debby Girvan, President of Flair Communication Wins 2017 Clarion Award

FREDERICKSBURG, Va., September 26, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Debby Girvan, President of Flair Communication was awarded a 2017 Clarion by The Association for Women in Communications at their annual convention in Dallas, Texas.
Her design and development of a new website for Central Virginia Battlefields Trust, www.cvbt.org was the top entry in the category of "Online Media, New Website, Annual Budget of $15,000 or less." This year's competition drew entries from 19 states and two countries. This is her second Clarion Award. She was recognized in 2016 for her website design for the Marine Corps Aviation Association, www.flymcaa.org.
