It is expected that soon the real estate projects in L zone Dwarka will start and buyers and investors will be allowed to buy residential units there.
In DDA L zone there will be large number of residential units with all the premium facilities and in present there are many registered and unregistered real estate developers are floating with attractive schemes, however; some of them are fake and as buyer or investor its people responsibility to make sure that people have good enough checked the authenticity and reliability of the apartments in L Zone Delhi before making the final decision. According to real estate developers in next five to seven years DDA Master Plan 2021 will change the look of whole city as than city will have planned infrastructure and it will be one of the best and most attractive master city in India.
