David Beidler Joins Foss & Company, Inc.

San Francisco, CA, October 18, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Foss & Company (www.fossandco.com) is proud to welcome David Beidler onto their Acquisitions team.  David will primarily focus on sourcing federal and state historic rehabilitation tax credits for Foss sponsored funds or as one-off placements with Foss’s corporate investors.  Mr. Beidler will be based out of Foss & Company’s Dallas office.

Mr. Beidler comes to Foss & Company with over 18 years of commercial real estate finance and development experience.  Prior to joining Foss & Company, he was an Acquisitions Manager for the National Trust Community Investment Corporation sourcing Historic and New Markets Tax Credit projects across the country and a Development Manager for Greenfire Development in downtown Durham, North Carolina.

In addition, he gained valuable commercial real estate transaction and finance knowledge while working with Cohen Financial and PM Realty Group in Chicago and a commercial appraisal firm in Minneapolis.  Mr. Beidler holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He received a BA in Economics from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.
