Dash Platform Selected by Canlan Ice Sports Corp. as Its CRM Software Solution to Manage Its 20 Recreational Facilities Across North America

Dash to create new UI platform tailored to further enhance the unique and exceptional experience that Canlan provides to its customers

Dash Platform announces it has been selected by Canlan Ice Sports Corp., the largest owner and operator of recreational ice and sports facilities in North America, to implement an all-in-one customer relationship management (CRM) solution to effectively manage operations, streamline revenue, communicate with customers and maximize efficiencies. In addition, Dash Platform will work with Canlan to design and implement a new customer experience management (CXM) platform that will offer a new and unique experience for their customers.

Canlan Ice Sports operates 20 facilities in Canada and the U.S., including 57 ice surfaces and 20 court and turf surfaces. The company has extensive programming serving more than 150,000 hockey players and athletes including adult and youth hockey leagues, a popular 3on3 youth hockey league, hockey and skating academies, hockey and sports camps and a successful tournament program.
