Dalton Financial's Robert Swann Aims to Take a Sponsored Bicycle Trip Across Tokyo

Robert Swann, Senior Portfolio Manager at Dalton Financial in Tokyo, has arranged to cycle across Tokyo and is accepting donations and sponsorship to benefit the investment management firm's charitable fund.

Robert Swann, a keen cyclist, arranged the sponsored trip across Tokyo for the firm’s fund and is hoping to rope in some of the firm’s staff members to join him on the journey. The trip begins in eastern Tokyo and spans across the city, totalling approximately 90 kilometres (50 miles).

Robert Swann said, “We at Dalton Financial are continuously thinking of innovative ideas to inflate our philanthropic fund, and I concocted an idea to cycle across this fantastic city to do so. Whilst the weather here in Tokyo isn’t the greatest at this time of year, the premise behind the journey makes it worthwhile. The Dalton Financial Philanthropic Fund benefits so many great charities and causes both here in Japan and also across the world and all of us at Dalton are proud to be associated with the fantastic relief it offers.”
