D-Success Marketing, Inc. Associates Advancing to Management

Two D-Success Marketing, Inc. team members have established themselves as leaders and are lined up to move to assistant manager roles, stated David, the company President.

​Christina and Austin, the two D-Success Marketing, Inc. associates, have been showing their potential recently, David explained. They are both team leaders who have been working with the company for some time. Christina has seven people on her team. Currently, Austin has nine people whom he has been grooming for future success with his mentorship.

“Christina has seen others transition to management and it has inspired her," said David. “Her student mentality has given her the opportunity to grow so much in a relatively short period of time. What’s more, her determination sets her apart from other people in our field."

"Thanks to Austin's football experience in high school, he is very competitive and is always striving toward his next goal,” David continued. “He has taken advantage of every opportunity presented to him to learn and grow. Austin has made particular use of industry conferences to stay up to date with the latest innovations in our space.”

In the assistant manager role, Christina and Austin will assist David with running D-Success Marketing, Inc. They will learn all the elements of executive management, such as recruitment, strategy development, and operations oversight. The intent of this position is to set them up to be able to open new offices in the future.

David discussed the qualities he looks for when identifying future D-Success Marketing, Inc. leaders. He indicated that the ability to work well with others is paramount.

“Many of the most important leadership skills are soft, interpersonal ones,” he explained. “For example, managers should have strong emotional intelligence. They should be able to understand how others think and feel. Emotional intelligence is essential to connecting with team members.”

He also highlighted the ability to foster and guide collaboration as important to leadership. According to David, most activities in the business world involve multiple people working together.
