For example, Jovonni pointed out the detailed career path that comes standard with every CYMO Marketing position, including entry-level roles. He explained that once team members are on-boarded, the typical time spent at entry level is around four to six weeks. From there, most associates advance to the account manager role for anywhere from three to six months. In this role, they are given more responsibilities and taught how to instill leadership skills in their less experienced peers. After this, it’s on to assistant management, where the specifics of human resources, logistics, and reporting are covered. 

“Once a team member reaches the role of assistant manager, things get really interesting,” stated Sarah, Director of Operations for CYMO Marketing. “This is considered a short-term position – one or two months as a rule – before the individual is ready to become Director of his or her own satellite office. Then, it’s time to pull everything that has been learned together and start building a fresh team from scratch in an all-new market. By this point though, the new Director is ready for anything, and of course everyone here is always ready to support and encourage our branch offices.”
