Cyclone Lighting Appoints Jean-Francois Simard as General Manager

Simard is an industry veteran, with over 30 years of senior-level management, sales and business development experience. Simard brings extensive experience from the outdoor LED lighting market. He joined Lumec in 1983, where he served as CEO and until the company was sold to Philips Lighting. More recently, Simard serves as President of the Quebec association of Industrial Designers and was also a founder of Solis Lumen Air, a research company dedicated to the advancement and integration of intelligent controls for outdoor luminaires.
