Crowdfunding Campaign Allows Technology Author to Publish Massive 4-Volume Guide

Karl Palachuk, internationally recognized technology author, blogger, and managed services business consultant has released a four-volume book set providing the I.T. community with an ultimate manual for running a small technology company.

The Managed Services Operation Manual covers: Front Office Mastery, Employees and Internal Processes, Running your Service Department, and Support and Service Delivery. It is an exceptional group of books for managed service providers (MSPs).

The 4-volume book set project started late last year as a crowdfunding project through the crowdfunding platform Indiegogo. The fundraising campaign received amazing support, allowing Palachuk to write, edit, and publish all four books in one seamless publication and release, much to the delight of fans.

Palachuk has been writing and self-publishing for 10 years and says “Crowdfunding has been a successful avenue to break away from just selling books to my audience. It allows an audience to engage with you and be a part of the production process.”

The concept behind the book series is rooted in Palachuk’s S.O.P. Friday’s series, which has been a staple of his popular Small Biz Thoughts blog, for years. The blog and S.O.P. series have helped thousands of MSPs and I.T. consultants reach their customers with solid business models and experienced advice on the latest I.T. offerings in cloud services, service migrations, remote managed options, and so much more.
