He joins the Crestcom network as an authorized Crestcom licensee, President of TEXPlore Possibilities, delivering leadership development programs in Austin, Texas, and surrounding counties, including Hayes, Travis, and Williamson.

In his early career, Coy included worked in sales in the airline and travel industry. He also has an extensive background in franchising working with UNIGLOBE Travel for over 15 years in training and development, franchise sales, and operating his franchise in the Houston market.

Coy has also devoted much of his adult life to assisting non-profit organizations and is a founding board member of numerous Chamber of Commerce organizations. He has served on boards of directors related to healthcare, political, and giving foundations. He also serves as a consultant and enjoys leading strategic planning board retreats. 

In the last 12 years, Coy has worked in senior management and sales in the healthcare industry. He had oversight of admissions, business development, case management, marketing, and post-acute transitions. Coy is married and enjoys spending time with his biological family and family of choice.
